Our current venture exemplifies our commitment to transforming real estate. We are partnering with an Urban Renewal Authority to redevelop a blighted 15-acre site into a vibrant $150 million mixed-use development. Additionally, we have led a successful program to source, underwrite, and manage $500 million in distressed commercial and multifamily loans on behalf of a large institution. We have also collaborated with institutional investors, private equity firms, public companies, private investors, and local municipalities and urban renewal authorities.

We pride ourselves on being entrepreneurial and innovative, excelling at capitalizing on unique real estate opportunities. Our approach is defined by a comprehensive view of investments, integrating our extensive experience to optimize each project. For instance, we worked with a global private equity firm to create a streamlined program for sourcing, underwriting, purchasing, renovating, and leasing distressed homes, investing $70 million to acquire 350 homes in under 18 months.
