We are partnering with an Urban Renewal Authority to redevelop a blighted 15-acre site into a vibrant $150 million mixed-use development. Additionally, we have led a successful program to source, underwrite, and manage $500 million in distressed commercial and multifamily loans on behalf of a large institution. We have also collaborated with institutional investors, private equity firms, public companies, private investors, and local municipalities and urban renewal authorities.

Our approach is defined by a comprehensive view of investments, integrating our extensive experience to optimize each project. For instance, we worked with a global private equity firm to create a streamlined program for sourcing, underwriting, purchasing, renovating, and leasing distressed homes, investing $70 million to acquire 350 homes in under 18 months.
