About J. Drever

​

Over the past 25 years, Drever has been involved in most facets of commercial and multifamily investments. His experience working for periods of time in construction (existing and new build), leasing, management, finance, asset management, acquisitions and dispositions affords him a unique comprehensive understanding of value-add. This includes involvement in over $3 billion in acquisitions, finance and disposition transactions. Additionally, he has directed over 100 renovations of commercial and multifamily properties. He has also asset managed several large portfolios of commercial and multifamily assets on behalf of institutional investors. Most recently he spearheaded the acquisition and value-add asset management of nearly $500 million of non-performing multifamily and commercial loans, where his team handled workouts, foreclosures, the repositioning and disposition of all types of real estate across the country.

 

He and his wife, Keely, an independent corporate meeting planner, have two sons and reside in Denver. He loves the outdoors, including hiking, mountain biking and fly-fishing, and is passionate about his family, travel and real estate.
