With over thirty years of experience in real estate investment, I bring unparalleled expertise in maximizing asset value. My career encompasses over $3 billion in acquisitions, finance, and dispositions, including the acquisition and repositioning of more than 100 multifamily assets. I have led the acquisition of nearly $500 million in non-performing multifamily and commercial loans, managing workouts, foreclosures, repositioning, and dispositions. Additionally, I have overseen the acquisition, renovation, and sale of over 350 homes.

 

I offer a holistic approach to real estate investment, integrating deep knowledge of each component to view investments as a cohesive whole. I am adept at identifying high-potential opportunities and leveraging my comprehensive understanding to capitalize on them. My current endeavor is a $150 million mixed-use development project, master-developing a site that will feature 195 multifamily units, 35,000 square feet of retail space, and 71 for-sale townhomes. This venture highlights my ability to source unique opportunities and apply my expertise in acquiring, capital structuring, and re/developing to maximize their value and achieve outstanding results.

 

I reside in Colorado with my wife, Keely, an independent corporate meeting planner, and our two sons. I love the outdoors, including hiking, mountain biking, and fly-fishing, and am passionate about my family, travel, and real estate.
